iwhen i opened cydia it asked if im a hacker but i didnt pick that am i suppose to pick that to get to the vwallpaper cuz it doesnt pop up

you have to jailbreak it
and it installs cydia
then you can do cool stuff

no, its so easy a shitfaced monkey can do it. go to blackra1n . c o m and download for win/mac (whatever u have) run it, connect your ipod to ur computer, and click make it rain. in about 3 minutes its done
